The first thing you will notice upon looking at the entrance gate to Villa Salamandra is that it doesn t look like the other properties surrounding it. This is mostly due to the blend of moorish and mediterranean architectural styles. Still, more surprises await beyond the gate: domes, arches, fountains, gardens... everything glowing white in the radiant Nuevo Vallarta sun. The first surprise is the sheer size of the property, then the fact that instead of a single building, the house is divided in different buildings, all connected not only by the ground hallways, but with passageways from an upper floor to another. Such passageways also serve as access routes to the properties several terraces. The first building holds the spacious living room, which has a wonderful view of both the pool area and the ocean, and has access to the second floor terrace, the lovely dining room and the TV room. The second building's ground floor holds the Master bedroom (Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, the difference with the master bedroom being a nicely sized dresser, closet and jacuzzi). The second floor features the study, which can be turned into an extra bedroom. The upper level is another terrace and the stairway communicates downwards with service areas. The third building of the villa can be addressed as the Guest building , holding in the ground floor two bedrooms, one with a nicely sized bed and the other with two bunker beds attached to the wall. The second floor features another bedroom, more spacious than the ones downstairs. Stepping outside the second story bedroom there is a balcony and an access to the third floor's terrace.
