Construction Management Services:

Various options are available depending on the circumstances and scale of the construction. Here are some examples:

  • Overseeing and managing in-house the construction management using trades and suppliers that we are familiar with and who provide good quality work at fair prices.
  • With larger scale projects such as the construction of a home; we can combine obtaining fixed prices based on working drawings and specifications on portion of a project and then completing the project using our own finishing trades. This is done in order to bring the project to a lower cost.
